Valor House is a 72 unit complex designed with the goal of ending chronic homelessness for veterans in mind. This Project consists of 72 Grant and Per Diem (GPD) transitional housing units. Residents admitted into the two-year program often require an elevated level of care. This is an ideal location for their transitional period as the Valor House is located on the VA campus.
All residents pay 30% of their income for rent, which covers a small portion of operating costs for the project. Additional funding comes from the VA.
